ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 12 hours.
Delivery Time: 2-3 Working Days within the UAE (may vary for western region) and Delivery Time: 5-10 Days
Working Days in GCC countries.

DELIVERY FEES:
Delivery Charge will be calculated at checkout based on package volumetric weight.

DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery time varies based on the location. However, you will be able to see the transit time as soon
as you place your order.

PROCESSING TIME:
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If, for any unforeseen reason, an item becomes
temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified immediately via phone and/or
email. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information and/or additional
processing is required, there may be a delay in shipping your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We will be sending your goods within 3 business days. However, please note that in some cases,
customs may delay delivery in certain countries and may take a few more days to be delivered.
www.awaniworld.com will not be responsible for custom delays and charges. Delivery fees for
international orders are variable and will be mentioned on the checkout page prior to making the
payments.

CASH ON DELIVERY:
Pay for your order in cash at the moment the shipment is delivered to your doorstep. Cash on
Delivery is valid for orders to be delivered within the UAE only.
